- Yes and no. Technically, it's shit easy to implement. However, C= didn't
- deliver narator.device & some other stuff (the software you need to let your
- amiga speak) with WB2.0+, so you'd have to deliver that along with the
- IRC client... installation & copyright problems come to mind.

- And to answer your question completely... Buzz will support speaking on events
- (by running a script that does the talking), and more advanced stuff would be
- dead easy from an external program.

- And... someone was testing a speak script for Amirc this weekend... so I assume
- that will be available soon too... blech... as if AmIRC ain't slow enough
- already.
